The summer of 2013 had some of the worst thunderstorms in decades that washed out roads and ripped off part of the cabins cap sheet roof. I patched it with tar paper in August 2013 and rolled out some new cap sheet in Jan 2014. The state has received almost no winter weather. We also cleaned up some graffiti, I feel the boxcar is much nicer than an obama fema camp. Please keep you graffiti in the city.
