Location is completely off the grid, no electricity, no phone line. A Wilson Yagi antenna is used pointed at the 'hot spot' of a reflection from a tower about 14 miles away. A solar panel, 12volt gel cell and custom 12 volt charger were provided. Phone is a Motorola 323i using the external antenna port.
